Domestic Shipping (UK):

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days.

• Next Day Delivery is available for an additional charge if ordered before 12 PM GMT.

• All candles are carefully packaged in sturdy gift boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs:

• Domestic shipping rates start at £5.95; free standard shipping is available on orders over £100.

• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Items:

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.

• In case of lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
